Roast Lamb Leg with Honey

We had this for dinner tonight.........

Daddy bought another lamb leg to roast....This time, he added honey to it...... Yummy!

Apart from the lamb leg, we also had baked portobello mushrooms, baked tomatoes and stir fry french beans with onion.....

Punggol Waterway

On Po Po's request (she wanted to bring me to this event happening at Punggol Waterway), I got to go to Pasir Ris for this weekend.... :)
Daddy & Mummy brought me over on Sat and we had lunch there (Po Po cooked many dishes)..... After that, we went to Courts to shop for a new sofa...... then, Daddy & Mummy went home while I stayed over with Gong Gong and Po Po....Yeah!!

Daddy's the cook today, as Mummy was sick and recovering..........

We had Emperor Chicken and stir fry xiao bai cai with onions in oyster sauce....

Mummy was down with sore throat since last Sat........ This explains why she did not cook for this whole week, except for porridge or soupy stuff for me and herself....

 

I'm a Superstar!

In today's English speech & drama class, I received a superstar from the teacher.....
Proudly showing off my big big star! I even waited to show Daddy before washing it off.... hahaha...

I told Mummy some classmates's stars are smaller....... then some are as big as mine....

Also, I received this cute Froggie pencil from my Chinese teacher for doing well in my first Chinese spelling this Wed..... I told Mummy not everyone received the pencil (Only Natalie and I did)......so proud...haha...

Today, Daddy & Mummy brought me to watch the movie "Mirror Mirror"...
This is a modified story about Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.....
In this version, Snow White can fight and she won back her kingdom from the evil queen.....

I had great fun watching the show and eating popcorn! :)

Mummy's first attempt at cooking curry chicken.......She used the curry premix from Prima Taste, and added in lemongrass to make it more fragrant.... I even ate it as well! :)

Instead of rice, we had fried mee hoon today....













Daddy also baked some honey lamb chops.... yummy...
