I brought back this Easter card we made in school for Daddy & Mummy today....

 

Also, I received this cute Froggie pencil from my Chinese teacher for doing well in my first Chinese spelling this Wed..... I told Mummy not everyone received the pencil (Only Natalie and I did)......so proud...haha...

Daddy went to fetch me from school today as Mummy was busy...... Alas, she forgot to give Daddy my ezlink card, so we walked home instead of taking the bus....

Daddy popped into Cheers to buy newspaper and guessed what I came out with??
This! It is a little horse...


The kind auntie there gave it to me.... It is actually a gift premium with purchase of Singtel pre paid card..... Apart from this soft toy, the auntie also gave me a ruler, a folder, a lollipop before.... The ruler and folder are also gift premiums with purchase of certain stuff, whereas the lollipop is from the store itself and the auntie paid for it! So kind of her right? Thank you very much, Auntie!

The Day of the Rose/The Day of the Book

Mummy went to Kinokuniya NAC to buy a magazine today....

It happened that there was this guy giving out roses to the ladies..... as it was St. Jordi's Day today... A Catalan holiday similar to St. Valentine's Day with some unique twists.... Historically, men gave women roses, and women gave men a book to celebrate the occasion - "a rose for love, and a book forever"

The rose is really big & pretty!

Little gifts for my teachers at LNT

For Teacher's Day, Mummy guided me to make simple cards for my teachers at LNT.... complete with a little gift for them...
I chose which ones I wanted to give to Teacher Peiqin, Cikgu Mariam, and 艾薇老师.... ;p
