Steamed seabass Hong Kong style (done by Daddy, tastes exactly like those served at wedding banquets! Yummy!)
Stir fry asparagus in scallop sauce with fried beancurd, Stir fry broccoli with fresh mushrooms in oyster sauce (both done by Mummy)


Thur, 11 Jul 13

Tau cheo snapper (Daddy came home early today, so he helped Mummy to fry the fish, sauce done by Mummy), Soy sauce pork with potato sticks

PS: A BIG THANK YOU to Po Po for helping Mummy to clean the fishes....

Western Meal

Mummy felt like eating western food today.........so tada!
Here's our dinner for today.....

Daddy was back in time to help her cook the main courses: Pan fried threadfin fillet with honey sauce (honey sauce done by Mummy), Pan fried pork chop and lamb chop.....
So she only cooked the accompaniments: stir fry white button mushrooms with butter, boiled broccoli and carrots and steamed sweetcorn (all mixed with a dash of butter) ...

Mine! I get to use my new cutlery set today........ I learn how to cut the pork chop using a fork and knife.......

Roast Lamb Leg with Honey

We had this for dinner tonight.........

Daddy bought another lamb leg to roast....This time, he added honey to it...... Yummy!

Apart from the lamb leg, we also had baked portobello mushrooms, baked tomatoes and stir fry french beans with onion.....

Daddy's the cook today, as Mummy was sick and recovering..........

We had Emperor Chicken and stir fry xiao bai cai with onions in oyster sauce....

Mummy was down with sore throat since last Sat........ This explains why she did not cook for this whole week, except for porridge or soupy stuff for me and herself....

I saved my stomach for this........hehehe.... as I didn't finish the porridge Po Po cooked for me....

Homecooked Dinner - Simple but Delicious

Mummy's first attempt at cooking curry chicken.......She used the curry premix from Prima Taste, and added in lemongrass to make it more fragrant.... I even ate it as well! :)

Instead of rice, we had fried mee hoon today....













Daddy also baked some honey lamb chops.... yummy...

Christmas Dinner

A big fat juicy roast turkey for our Christmas dinner!
So yummy!!
We also had honey glazed carrots and Yorkshire pudding to go with it......
All prepared by dearest Daddy of course!

Early Christmas Dinner with Ah Gong & Ah Po

We had an early Christmas dinner with Ah Gong & Ah Po.........

Instead of roast turkey, we had roast duck...... with roasted potatoes and stir fried portobello mushrooms with celery..... All prepared by my dearest Daddy!
