After Mummy fetched me from school, we went to Bugis to meet Daddy for lunch....
I chose this sunny omelette meal from the kids' menu myself.... :)
Mummy's one is grilled barramundi (new item on the menu).....
Excuse me, where do you want to go?
Hi everyone, mummy finally decides to do up a blog for me. However, she says that there will be more pictures than words in this blog... hehehe.. Oh well, a picture paints a thousand words... Enjoy your stay here! :)

Teachers' Day Celebrations
Today, I woke up earlier than Daddy!
Reason: I need to go to school early today as we will be having our Teachers' Day celebrations from 8.30 to 11am.....
Mummy took some pictures for me before she went off, since we were early and most of the students were not here yet......
With Wang Laoshi....
With Auntie Mary.....
Ms Chin was not around that time, so I didn't get to take picture with her....
When Mummy came to fetch me, she took some pictures of me with my friends.......
Night Safari
Sat, 28 Aug 10 Night
Remember the national day goodie bag I got from Uncle Jason?
There's a coupon booklet inside, with various discount vouchers.....
Mummy saw there's a 50% off admission ticket for the Night Safari, valid till 31 Aug 10..... so they decided to bring me there..... We also asked Gong Gong and Po Po along as we can buy up to 5 tickets.....
We arrived at around 7pm (that's when it opened)....... It was unbelievably crowded! There were several tour groups as well.....
Daddy & Mummy went to queue for the tickets while Gong Gong, Po Po and I watched the Thumbuakar tribal performance at the entrance plaza.....
After the performance ended, the crowd proceeded to enter the Night Safari.......... Most of them made a beeline for the tram ride, so we decided to go on the walking trail first....

At the Fishing Cat Trail...
As we were not supposed to use flash photography, not many pictures were taken of the animals since they all turned out too dark as seen.....
After the walk, it was almost 8pm, so Mummy suggested to go and wait for the Creatures of the Night show at 8.30pm.... We were lucky the queue was not that long when we reached.... The tram ride queue was still atrocious!
Finally inside the amphitheatre, waiting for the show to start....
After watching the show, we proceeded to our tram ride....
Wow, wow, wow, no queue now.... aren't we lucky?!
We hopped off the tram at the East Lodge stop and went on the Leopard Trail....
At the Z'bar......riding a zebra...
Buffet at triple three
Sat, 28 Aug 10
Conclusion: If not for the 1 for 1 promotion, this buffet is probably not worth your bucks.... unless you wolf down tons of the wagyu beef?? hahaha..... Mummy's also disappointed there's no crayfish/slipper lobster......
We had lunch buffet at triple three at Mandarin Orchard today, as there's a 1 for 1 promotion for DBS cardmembers till 31 Aug 10.....
Daddy & Mummy had not been there since Mandarin Orchard is renovated...... so they decided to go and try it.....
The buffet is now Japanese inspired, so there are quite alot of Japanese dishes compared to other international buffet.... There's sashimi, sushi, miso soup, soba noodles, teppanyaki and tempura ebi & vegetables......
Other than that, there's a roast section which serves wagyu beef......... there's also roast duck, roast chicken and dim sum........ fried chicken, potato wedges, sausages, scallop tarts...... some other hot dishes include sambal prawn, black pepper crab, fried hokkien mee, vegetable curry etc......
The desserts are nothing to shout about....... Mummy missed the ones they serve last time.... especially the tiramisu.....
For fruits, I'm lucky there's my dragonfruit......... haahaa...
In fact, there's only dragonfruit & watermelon left when Mummy went to get fruit...... not sure what else they have initially....
And not to forget the ice cream to round up our lunch!
I had 2 scoops...... yum yum.....
Conclusion: If not for the 1 for 1 promotion, this buffet is probably not worth your bucks.... unless you wolf down tons of the wagyu beef?? hahaha..... Mummy's also disappointed there's no crayfish/slipper lobster......
Before going off........ a snapshot for memories.... cos most probably we won't be back unless there's promotion again... haha...

I chose the colour, design, etc of the card I want to make for each of them..... :)
We will give the cards to Ms Chin tomorrow, as the school will be putting up all our handiwork for Teachers' Day on a notice board....
This is for Ms Chin....
This is for Wang Laoshi....
This is for Auntie Mary...
Besides the cards, Mummy & I will be preparing a little gift as token of appreciation as well...
I will give to them on next Tue, when we celebrate Teachers' Day in school....
