Kissing Game....


I love to play this game...

I would go to Mummy and said "Mi, kiss".... After I got a kiss from Mummy, I would then go to Daddy and said "Dad, kiss"..... Got a kiss from Daddy, then back to Mummy again......and so on & so forth.... I can repeat alot of times........hahaha

It's really fun, do try it out!! :) :)

I Love to Read :)

I would always take out books from my drawer cabinet to flip through....... is this considered reading?? Hahaha...
After my Chinese lesson at LNT today, Mummy brought me to the Central Library @ Bugis... It was my first time there.... We spent a short while there and Mummy borrowed 4 books for me using my own library card! Hee.... I think the card was already done way back in 2007, when Mummy went to collect the free journal & cd......

Sing a Song.......

Some songs that I am singing, or rather trying to sing nowadays..... ;p

The Alphabet Song....

I can sing almost the whole song (though some parts abit unclear when reciting the A-Z part).....
"Now I know my ABC" I can sing this whole line... :)
The last line I still have not got the hang of it, only the "Me" come out loud & clear....haha!
London Bridge is falling down (one of the songs sang in LNT English class)
So far I would always request Mummy to sing this song to me by saying "iron bars"....hahaha..
As Mummy sings, I would try to follow but only manage the last few words of each line (falling down, irons bars, bend & break, and my fair lady...)

I mastered the 2nd part: "Sukey, take it off again" first... though not every word.... think only the "off again" and "all gone away"... ;p

My Worksheets.....

I completed 2 worksheets today, one from my 2nd Chinese lesson at LNT, and the other from my 2nd Malay lesson.... I still have one more for the Malay lesson.... heh..

Practising my "横" stroke...... and learning my "u" [ooh ooh ooh for Ular (snake), Udang (prawn), Kuda (horse)]


I also did a scene sticker yesterday.......another "Under the Sea" scene...

One Single Rose means....

Daddy gave Mummy a surprise yesterday (25 Feb 09), presenting her with one stalk of rose...... Mummy commented the rose was really big & lovely....... :) The pictures can't do it justice...

Our Steamboat Dinner......

Today, we went to Wai Gong's & Wai Po's place for steamboat!! It was Mummy's request as she said they had not eaten steamboat for ages........ We left at around 3.30pm after the rain stopped.... Jiu Jiu & Jiu Mu were there as well.....
Yum Yum.... I had a great steamboat dinner.... I kept asking for "fishball".... hehehe
Mummy & Daddy left at about 9pm when Wai Gong was bathing me... Yep, you guessed it, I would be staying over for the weekend..... *grins* :)

Last Routine Check-up at SGH

Today, Wai Po came at about 11am to accompany Mummy & I to my appointment at SGH.... Daddy was unable to take leave as he had a meeting....

My appointment was at 12.20pm....... We reached at about 12.05pm and waited for half an hour to see the doctor.... As usual, Dr Selina Ho commented I was very adorable!! :) hehe... I was not on my best behaviour though.... The nurse only managed to take down my weight of 12.8kg... Before she could measure my height, I decided that I did not want to stand on the machine anymore... so we don't know how tall I am now...... hmmm... When the doctor wanted to examine me, I kept saying "mai ya" and even push her hand away... *oops*

Dr Selina told Mummy I was developing well, and there was no need for subsequent routine check-up..... She wrote down "open date" on my appointment card.... Anytime within 2 years, if Mummy wanted to bring me to see her again (for consultation or optional jabs), we would just need to call and make an appointment...

Positive Play Trial Class @ ELC Paragon

Today, both Mummy & I woke up earlier than usual as Mummy was bringing me to the Positive Play @ Early Learning Centre (Paragon).... The session would start at 10am and end at 10.45am...

There were supposed to be 6 toddlers (from 16-30 mths) in the class consisting of a pair of twins, however the twins and one other toddler didn't turn up, so there were only 3 of us..... I was the oldest there... There was one girl, Emilie, who is 22 months old, and another boy, Jayden, 16 months old....

We started off with easy-going toy play session.... Of course, I was interested in the cars....hahaha...After that, we had musical moments, yoga play, positive discipline (where we shook our musical instruments/danced to the music, and when the music stopped, we would stop whatever we were doing), interactive story telling, positive affirmation circle (where teacher Miss Huzzy asked each parent what attribute they would like their child to have.... the other 2 parents said happy, and Mummy chose confident for me ;p), bubbles time (yippee!!) and then goodbye (Barney "I Love You" song)....

After the class, I got to sit on 2 stationery car rides for awhile before Mummy whisked me off.... She then went to Metro to buy her cosmetics before we went home.... Both of us had a good nap in the afternoon... hehe...

Mummy didn't bring the camera today... She took 2 pictures of me with her handphone though.... She would try to transfer the pictures to her laptop and then upload here.... ;p

Singapore River Cruise....

Today, we went out earlier than usual at around 11am (not that early after all...haha).... Mummy read about the 2009 reasons to visit Singapore promotion, where for the weekend of Feb, the 1st 2009 visitors to certain attractions would enjoy free entry!!
We went to Liang Court Jetty to redeem our free bumboat ride.... hehe... It started to drizzle as we were waiting to board the bumboat, so we sat inside initially.... When we reached the Merlion park, the rain stopped and we went to sit outside.... We had the best of both worlds!! YEAH!
It was my first time on a bumboat... I enjoyed the ride...:)

Luckily, we still managed to do so, as after we finished our ride, Mummy saw from the notice that the free rides had been fully redeemed!! Wow... so fast... it was around 12.30pm then....

Afternote: Since last year, Mummy had wanted to go on the river cruise thingy (hippo river cruise/ duck tour/ bumboat ride) when there were promotions.... but somehow, we always missed the chance as we were too busy with other activities... Now, we managed to do it for free.... even better right?? hehe ;p

Oh, here's wishing everyone a Happy Valentine's Day!! :)

Today, as usual, I had my Little Neuro Tree lesson at 3.30pm.... It was Chinese lesson today... I also submitted my homework from the last Chinese lesson to Teacher Aiwei... (oops, Mummy forgot to take a picture of the worksheet, so can't show you all here...)

After the lesson, we went to Tiong Bahru Plaza to walk around.... We were unable to meet Daddy as he would be working late..... so sad... I had not seen my Daddy for this week, as he came back after 9pm everyday, and I was already in bed....

I am 26 months old today...
Mummy would always take pictures of me on the 13th of each month unless she forgot....
